I Just Need a Minute

In English we say, "I just need a minute." In poetry we say:

And if I just had a breath to catch, I'd hold it with delicacy.

I'd treat it like glass, and protect it like so.

And if I just had a breath to catch, I'd use it;

I'd savor it for every beautiful molecule that exists in it.

Beacuase if I just had a breath to catch, life would actually be worth living.
