I Love my Simple, Chaotic Life

There was one cold brisk fall day– soccer season, the year is 2045 and I’m 40 years old.  I’m married to my beautiful husband and I have three kids.  My mama heart is tired, but my love for my kids never stops.  I’m up very early this morning, I’m fussing with all of my kids to try to get them ready to go to my son's soccer game.  I’m eventually able to get my husband and the rest of the kids in the car.  There’s always one event after the other, trying to get them in the car and get going somewhere.  We were barely able to make it there on time, but we got there.  Eric, my son was all geared up, and he was able to get on the field for warmups.  He was goalie that day.  He was still worked up from all of the hussing and fussing that early morning, only to get there to realize that he had to be the goalie instead of a midfielder.  Eric got bored just standing there, with barely any action from the other team to try to block shots.  He was cold and already ready to go home.  You could tell the other parents were cold, too, just watching.  I had the worst seat in the house as well.  I didn’t really click with any of the other soccer parents, and they weren’t bothered to be with me, either.  I positioned myself behind the soccer net that Eric was goalie at, which was fine for me to be able to see most of what was happening in the game, but not so great for quality pictures, though.  I love this one though, I love the story and I love the love it has inside of it.  This picture will forever hold memories inside of it.  I love my son, and I love my family.
