She was Meant to be her, not You.

To the little girl who wants to play baseball, or be an engineer, a firefighter, an officer, or lawyer, you can and will do it.


To the little girl who loves the color blue, playing with trucks, in mud, and hates dresses and skirts, you’re not weird or too different, you’re you, and you are beautiful.


And to the little girl who gets made fun of for being different, tell them that if we were all made to be the same, life would be boring.  And tell them that when you all get older, they’ll all be looking for different and come running back to you.
